On 13 April 2023, the Honorary Consul of Sao Tome and Principe Silvia Grosso attended the 27th edition of Miart, Milan's international modern and contemporary art fair, organised by Fiera Milano, at Allianz Mico.
The event was attended by 167 galleries from 27 countries around the world, with works by modern masters, both established and emerging contemporary artists.
An event of international relevance, with the country of Sao Tomé and Principe at the forefront, and the affirmation of the latter in the European and World scenario, which allowed the Honorary Consul of Sao Tomé and Principe to interface with other diplomatic representations.
Among these were the Consul General of the Republic of Kosovo in Milan Driton Blakqori, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Guiné-Bissau Italy Avv. Bruno Morlacchi, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany Ingrid Jung, the Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman Dr. Francisco Palau Grieg and Sabine Antonini International Affairs Manager Public Relations and Communication Department Fiera Milano S.p.A.
